Develop real-life skills

This journey allows you to create authentic activities that support the transfer of several skill sets essential to students’ future careers: critical thinking, feedback delivery, collaboration, and problem-solving.

Scalable to all course modalities and cohorts

Whether it is online, blended, or in-person, you can always adapt this journey to your learning goals and course domains. Moreover, the use of technology allows for scaling to different class sizes: small, medium, and big student cohorts.

Streamline the entire assessment process

The use of technology to facilitate the journey helps faculties save time in multiple manual set-up tasks, from creating content engagement activities, assigning peer reviewers to designing feedback criteria and more.

STEP 1

Step 4

Step 5

Reflection on the collaboration process

To help stimulate self-regulation, accountability, and feedback skills, instructors design evaluation activities where students reflect on the collaboration skills of their group members and themselves based on a set of criteria. This process can be streamlined within Group Member Evaluation and Self Assessment tool.

Step 6

Instructors provide students feedback on their presentation skills based on a rubric using the Skill Review tool. This allows students to set goals for where they aim to go, what that looks like and how they can achieve it.
