Webflow is our website provider. We host our website and collect form submission data through Webflow.
Amazon Web Services
We use Amazon"s Super Simple Storage service to store files that users upload to our platform. We only store files in the eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), us-east-1 (N. Virginia) and ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) regions.
We use Cloudflare as our DNS and provider. We may also make use of Cloudflare"s CDN and DDoS protection services. No user data is communicated to Cloudflare at all.
We make use of MongoDB Cloud"s database services. Among others, Profile Data and metadata about file uploads is stored here.
Papertrail provides us with logging services. We keep sensitive data like passwords out of any logs. Logs are stored for maximum one year.
We use Mailgun"s email services to send automated emails from our platform to our users. We may track Usage Data like opens and clicks in emails.
We use Cloudconvert"s services to convert file uploads to different format. No files are stored here longer than the duration of a conversion.

url2png allows us to make screenshots of websites, to show previews to users.
AppSignal allows us to report errors and technical performance to our development team. Errors may be linked to a user on the platform.
We use Intercom to communicate with our users on the platform. To be able to reach the right users, Intercom collects both Profile Data and Usage Data.
We use Google Analytics to get insights on the usage of our platform. Therefore it may store Profile Data and Usage Data.
We use Delighted to measure the customer satisfaction of our users. In order to identify users and scenarios we may provide it with basic Profile Data and Usage Data.
Hubspot is our main CRM platform. We use Hubspot to keep track of our contacts that are not platform users, store our contacts' subscriptions and communication preferences, and provide sales & marketing services. In order to identify contacts, it stores Identity Data, Profile Data, Usage Data and Marketing and Communications Data.
We use Google Suite for internal file storage and emailing. We try to keep personal data out of email communication as much as possible.
