Activity steps

  1. Choose a skill to demonstrate: Students select a skill relevant to the module and prepare to explain, show, or teach it through a recorded video or podcast.
  2. Create your video or podcast:
    • Video option: Record a screen share, tutorial, or demonstration that clearly explains the skill.
    • Podcast option: Record an audio explanation, ensuring clarity and using real-world examples.
    • Submissions should be 2-4 minutes long and well-structured for clarity.
  1. Submit your work: Students upload their video or podcast file to Canvas or provide an external link. Their submission must meet the criteria outlined in the Peer Review Rubric.
  2. Review and provide peer feedback: Students are assigned two peer submissions to evaluate. Using the Peer Review rubric, they highlight strengths and suggest areas for improvement.
  3. Reflect on feedback and improve: Students review their received feedback. They consider revisions and apply lessons learned for future demonstrations.
