Chee Kin started his professional journey as a lecturer at Temasek Polytechnic, School of Engineering. He was with the Diploma in Computer Engineering where his domain revolved around embedded systems, programming, IoT and data analytics. A strong believer in facilitating students in learning to learn, he has engaged students through Problem-based Learning and Project-based Learning in his course delivery. Beyond teaching and learning, he has supported in the curriculum development of the course, served as the course coordinator to oversee student development initiatives and led in outreach efforts for the School.

After two decades with the School of Engineering, he went on to the Learning Academy where he is currently serving as the Assistant Director to oversee digitalisation projects and initiatives for teaching and learning in Temasek Polytechnic. Besides that, he is involved in the professional development of faculty members at Temasek Polytechnic.

Gaik Bee Lim is a Senior Education Fellow at the Centre for Learning & Teaching Excellence, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore. She works with the various Schools and academics on teaching, learning and assessment, including the use of educational technology and tech-enhanced learning spaces to enhance learning. Her areas of focus include assessment and collaborative learning. Gaik Bee has 22 years of experience in education, first as a lecturer, where she was twice awarded the institutional Teaching Award, then as a faculty developer. She has a PhD in Life Sciences and a Master of Education.

With extensive experience in clinical practice and educational leadership in nursing and midwifery across Singapore, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates, Sivaneswary Palanibilo brings a wealth of expertise to her academic and administrative roles.
Sivaneswary is a Lecturer and Senior Manager for the Overseas Programme (OSP) and Personalised Learning Pathway (PLP) Coordinator at the School of Health Sciences, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Singapore.
Her scholarly interests focus on Team-Based Learning (TBL), a pedagogical approach she champions and implements at Ngee Ann Polytechnic.  She is currently focused on developing innovative approaches to collaborative learning that cater to the diverse needs of students.

A seasoned educator with over 16 years at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Ai Ling How is passionate about fostering student engagement and improving learning outcomes. Ai Ling is a Senior Manager (Pharmacology, Research and Digital Life) and serves as the Exam Coordinator at the School of Health Sciences.
Ai Ling’s expertise in Pharmacology and Integrated Nursing Sciences is complemented by a diverse background in retail and hospital pharmacy, human resources, and regulatory affairs. Known for her innovative teaching strategies and effective use of technology, Ai Ling has been recognised with multiple school teaching awards for her contributions to education and data-driven projects.
Ai Ling is committed to exploring new methodologies that enhance both individual and collaborative learning, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their professional futures.

Eileen is a Senior Lecturer with over a decade of teaching experience at the School of Business & Accountancy (School of BA), Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Additionally, she serves as a Senior Manager responsible for overseeing Academic Quality within the School of BA.
In the last two years, Eileen has collaborated with several colleagues to create a standardised rubric for evaluating group members. She also experimented a new approach to conduct group member evaluations with her students during and after their project work and shared her insights with fellow lecturers. The rubric and evaluation approach have now been implemented across all modules in the School of BA and Eileen plays a role in monitoring its effectiveness.

Tina has dedicated 30 years to the education sector, where her passion for engaging with and nurturing young people shines. As a strong advocate for lifelong learning, she pursued a Master of Arts in Counselling to deepen her ability to support students and colleagues alike.
 With over a decade of experience at Ngee Ann Polytechnic's School of Business and Accountancy, Tina seamlessly blends her love for teaching and counselling. She teaches business communication skills and manages Student Pastoral Care as well as Education & Career Guidance. Currently, she is particularly interested in supporting students whose mental health is impacted by difficulties in managing group work.

Ruo Hui started his career in the financial industry before he was a teacher at Punggol Secondary School and Mayflower Secondary School. He was at ASKnLearn Pte Ltd as an instructional designer before leading a team to produce e-learning content for schools. He was also involved in the Future School project as an instructional designer and project coordinator. He took the role of Group Project Manager for the LEARNet to develop e-learning content and materials for the military institutes in Singapore at ST Electronics (e-Services) Pte Ltd. He joined Temasek Polytechnic as an instructional designer for 3D simulations in the School of Engineering before going to the Learning Academy. His interest areas include blended learning, instructional design, learning analytics, teaching and learning strategies with the use of technology.

Teo Miow Ting is a Course Manager and Senior Manager at Nanyang Polytechnic's (NYP), School of Information Technology in Singapore. With a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from the National University of Singapore, Miow Ting has played a pivotal role in implementing innovative teaching methodologies at NYP. She led the pilot implementation of the Professional Competency Model (NYP-PCM) in the Diploma in Applied AI & Analytics, focusing on equipping students with industry-relevant skills and life skills.
A strong advocate for practical, hands-on learning, Miow Ting has integrated industry-recognised certifications into the curriculum. These certifications provide learners with exposure to emerging technologies, further enhancing their employability. Additionally, she encourages learners to pursue professional certifications as part of their academic development, reinforcing the importance of industry-relevant competencies.
Her enthusiasm for teaching is driven by her passion for learning and exploring cutting-edge technologies, which she passes on to the next generation of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation​.

Lishan is the Lead for Team-based Learning (TBL) at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, Nanyang Technological University of Singapore. With two decades of experience facilitating in TBL and Problem-based Learning (PBL) classroom settings, she is a firm believer in the transformative power of active, collaborative learning. Lishan advocates for a learner-centric approach that emphasizes critical thinking, teamwork, and real-world problem-solving, while leveraging technology to create dynamic, interactive environments. As an experienced faculty development trainer, she is passionate about empowering educators to embrace innovative teaching methods. Lishan has also co-authored pedagogical case studies for graduate-level courses, reflecting her commitment to advancing evidence-based practices in education.
