In this activity
- This template asks students to use the Plus Delta method of feedback. This is a feedback framework that provides a structured approach to assess strengths and weaknesses, allowing for constructive feedback and continuous improvement. The name “plus-delta” refers to two key components of the evaluation: the “plus” represents positive aspects or successes, while the “delta” denotes areas that need improvement or changes.
- This template includes instructions for guided reviews to ensure constructive interactions. It focuses on psychological safety on a team and encourages students to make sure their feedback makes it safe for their team to be vulnerable, speak-up, experiment, and grow.
- Self-assessment is enabled so students will start with assessing their own work first.
- There are 2 rubrics included focused on: Core Team Skills & Project Management that will help students assess each other effectively. You can add and/or change these criteria to fit your desired activity breakdown.
- An optional reflection step is included, allowing students to consider how engaging in the discussion influenced their understanding and perspective on the topic.
- Anonymity is off so that it can spark constructive discussion and reflection.
