Activity steps
- Read instructions: Go through the instructions to understand the activity requirements. Students were required to explore Hofstede’s dimensions of culture before interacting with the discussion.
- Create discussion: Students answer the prompts that are given in relation to the Hofstede dimensions of culture.
- Peer discussion: Students interact with other student’s posts and create discussion about their findings
- Reflect: Students read and reflect on their findings and their peer discussions.
- Grading: Instructors grade the contributions of students participation in the discussion activity.

- There is a required amount of posts per student to ensure that they are participating in the discussion.
- Free-form discussion is turned on as a setting for student participation to give more freedom to students when choosing which discussion posts to interact with
- Recommended word limit for discussions and reflection (200-300) this can be changed for your course needs.
- Assign grading criteria to match your course requirements.
