Sebastian Pahs
Lecturer at Hong Kong Baptist University

Sebastian started teaching as a Visiting Language Instructor and Coordinator for the German Program at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia. After returning to Germany, he became a freelance teacher for integration classes working with immigrants and refugees for several years before joining European Studies at HKBU in 2019.

Siva Palanibilo
Senior Manager OSP and Lecturer at Ngee Ann Polytechnic

Siva is a Lecturer and Senior Manager (Overseas Programme) at the School of Health Sciences, Ngee Ann Polytechnic. Siva joined NP in 2016 and has experience in clinical practice and education in nursing and midwifery across Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, and Malaysia. Siva has been practising Team-Based Learning (TBL) since 2018 in both synchronous and asynchronous settings to support effective collaborative learning for nursing and optometry students.
