Feedback Request
Structured feedback from external assessors, without friction
External feedback is too valuable to leave undocumented. Give students the ability to request criteria-aligned responses from anyone outside your institution, without losing reviewers to login walls and account setup.

The feedback that
matters most is the hardest to collect
Some of the most valuable feedback a student can receive comes from outside the classroom: supervisors, mentors, industry contacts, and academic reviewers. The problem is that capturing it at scale has always been too hard.
Feedback Request eliminates manual coordination through emails and generic forms, and removes the IT overhead of provisioning external access. Reviewers get a single email link, no account setup, no LMS account, no friction. Responses are collected against structured criteria and integrated seamlessly into your course.

Why choose Feedback Request ?
Zero friction for reviewers
Most external reviewers drop off when they are asked to create an account or navigate an unfamiliar platform. With Feedback Request, they receive one mobile-friendly email link and submit. No account, no login, no learning curve.

Student agency with guardrails
Students choose what they want feedback on, who to ask, and when to send the request. Teachers define the available criteria and keep full visibility of every request and response across the cohort.

360 competency development
Bring structured feedback from external assessors directly into the student competency record. Every response maps to the criteria, giving institutions a complete picture of each student's development across real-world settings.

With Feedback Request you can
Students control the request
Enable students to select reviewers, add context, and send requests directly to external assessors, all from within the activity. New reviewers can be added at any point, giving students full control over the invite process.

Define the criteria. Track every response.
Design the criteria, rating scales, and guidance that matter for your course. Every response students receive uses a structured framework, keeping feedback consistent and meaningful across the cohort.

One link is all it takes
Reviewers access the feedback form through a unique email link. No account creation, no LMS access, no app download required. The form is mobile-friendly, auto-saves progress, and can be completed across multiple sessions so reviewers never lose their work.

Assign criteria or let students pick
Assign a fixed set of criteria that all students must use, or define a broader pool and let students select the ones that apply to their work. Both modes are supported, so the tool adapts to your course design rather than the other way around.

Full visibility into progress
Teachers see a live cohort overview showing who has sent requests, completion rates, and where each student stands. Students can track the status of their own requests in real time and follow up if needed.

Automated reminders that adapt and don't overwhelm
The system sends reminders to reviewers with outstanding requests after 48 hours, up to a maximum of three. The message adapts based on whether the reviewer has opened the request or started but not yet submitted, keeping responses on track without manual chasing.
