We are excited to share that FeedbackFruits has entered into a strategic partnership with Drieam to bring Portflow, Drieam's Learning and Assessment Portfolio, to institutions across the Asia-Pacific region. Together, the two solutions help institutions connect authentic learning and feedback within courses to a coherent, program-level view of student progress, so that learning becomes more visible, more meaningful, and better aligned with real-world outcomes.
We are happy to share that FeedbackFruits has entered into a strategic partnership with Drieam to support institutions across the Asia-Pacific region with Portflow, Drieam's Learning and Assessment Portfolio. As part of this partnership, FeedbackFruits will act as the primary reseller of Portflow across APAC, excluding the Philippines. This means institutions in the region can now access it through our existing sales channels.
Across higher education, institutions are looking for ways to move beyond fragmented assessment and feedback practices. They want a clearer, program-level view of how students are learning and growing. Portfolio-based learning and assessment play an important role here, because they help institutions show how students build their skills over time, so they graduate with real evidence of what they can do.
Portflow gives institutions a way to capture and showcase learning and assessment evidence across entire programs. This supports curriculum mapping, learning outcomes, and accreditation. FeedbackFruits plays an important part in this too, by generating that evidence in the first place, through formative assessment, feedback, and student engagement inside courses.
Together, the two platforms support a more connected approach to learning, feedback, and assessment, both inside courses and across whole programs. FeedbackFruits helps institutions run high-quality formative learning experiences at scale. Portflow then gives that learning a structure at the program level. Together, they help institutions make learning more visible, more meaningful, and more closely tied to real-world outcomes.

You can already see the value of this combination at Edith Cowan University in Perth, Australia. Here, FeedbackFruits and Portflow are both part of the digital learning environment that supports students throughout their studies.
Ratna Selvaratnam, Manager of Learning Technologies and Innovation at Edith Cowan University, explains what that looks like in practice:
"We saw clear value in combining FeedbackFruits with Portflow as a Learning and Assessment Portfolio within our digital learning environment. Together, they allow us to connect authentic learning and feedback with curriculum mapping and assessment evidence, in a way that works for educators and scales across the institution. Combining both platforms is a huge step for ECU towards achieving our goals in programmatic learning."
For Drieam, this partnership is about connecting everyday learning to long-term outcomes. Jas Kalsi, Managing Director for APAC at Drieam, shares:
"By joining forces with FeedbackFruits in APAC, we are closing the gap between daily learning activities and long-term student success. Our goal is to give institutions a unified ecosystem, where feedback is not just a moment in time, but a building block for a full, evidence-based portfolio. This partnership brings together two Dutch EdTech leaders to offer one seamless solution, so educators can scale authentic assessment while giving students a meaningful way to own their own growth."
Bas Hintemann, Chief Strategy Officer at FeedbackFruits, explains how the two platforms fit together:
"FeedbackFruits creates the learning evidence. That's the feedback loops, the collaboration, and the formative assessment that actually moves students forward. As Australian institutions respond to TEQSA's call to redesign assessment for the age of AI, we see that this evidence needs to connect at the program level. Portflow is a natural fit for that. Both platforms are hosted in Australia, so institutions get a connected, program-wide view of learning without compromising on data residency. Because we both build for interoperability, educators get high-quality learning design and a connected program view, not just one or the other."
This partnership is an important step in bringing portfolio-based learning to more institutions across APAC. It reflects a shared commitment to better learning design, strong regional collaboration, and meaningful assessment at scale.
